Swingbed/Skilled Nursing Care

One of the many services we provide here at Community Memorial Hospital is skilled nursing services after a hospital stay. This service is for patients who may need physical or occupational therapy, or IV medications.

Skilled care is provided in our hospital inpatient area, where we offer spacious, private rooms. Our care team includes qualified and experienced nurses, therapists, and licensed medical providers caring for patients who require this special care.

Our goal is to get patients home safely so they can return to their lives.
