Community Memorial Hospital is seeking strong and vibrant leaders to join the CMH Board of Directors. This group provides leadership and direction to CMH in achieving its mission.

CMH Board of Directors

The CMH Board of Directors consists of twelve board members and the CMH Administrator. 

CMH board members are limited to 3 consecutive four year terms (12 years). Elections are held at the annual Sumner Community Club meeting in March.

Members of the CMH Board of Directors find it to be a rewarding opportunity. Some of the responsibilities are:

• Collaboration with other board members
• Review and approve annual budget
• Meetings are the 4^th Thursday of every month 6:00 – 7:00
• Participate in committee work as needed
• Assist with governance processes for CMH
